Google Forms Sign Up Sheet Time Slots

I love Google Forms. They are great for creating surveys and collecting data, but with the wonderful Choice Eliminator add-on, you can now use them for scheduling! Choice Eliminator allows you to limit the choices on a form question so that only one person can select an answer. For example, if you are scheduling parent/teacher conferences, you only want one person to be able to select a particular time slot. Once someone has chosen a slot, it no longer appears on the form for others. Below is a short video tutorial on using this cool tool.

A sign in sheet is a simple ordeal and there is usually nothing much to do about it. People who are responsible for making and designing a sign in sheet just take a plain paper, keep it out in the front with just a header mentioning that it is a sign in sheet for a conference. If you set it to 1, then if someone selects that slot and completes a submission, that slot will no longer be available. If you have any further questions or need any help getting this setup the way you would like, let us know and we will be happy to help.
